Seniors can start applying for college in September of their senior year. If you are applying in Texas, use the Texas Common Application, which can be found at www.applytexas.org. If you are applying to college in a different state, there will be an application on that college/university's website. Yes, you can apply before you have taken your SAT/ACT test. After you apply, you will need to have a transcript sent to that college/university. Please notify your counselor that you have applied so a preliminary transcript can be sent.
